For 10+ years I've turned complex content into clear, on-brand design and video, from print and digital pieces to eLearning and motion, for clients in 12+ countries across Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Today I also lead the design team, setting the process and the quality bar so every piece stays true to the brand.
A hands-on graphic designer who also leads the team, and makes sure every project lands.
My first roles were hands-on: event graphics for Air China, then signage and production for some of Bilbao's best-known venues, cutting vinyl and printing banners myself. Since 2018 I've been at BTS, a global leadership consultancy, where I grew from graphic designer to leading the design department and heading video production.
Today I mentor designers across Spain, Latin America, Italy and Asia Pacific, set the team's best practices, and keep quality high on high-volume, fast-turnaround work. I'm also exploring how AI is changing design and video workflows.
